REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
RETURN/REFUND POLICIES:
- No returns will be offered once an application is successfully filled in your required scheme.
- If a product is wrongfully delivered (e.g., a different SKU than ordered) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, MgEdinso may extend a full refund or re-fulfill your order, provided such defect is clearly established.
- Report damage in transit within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer care team (contact details provided on our website).
- Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 48 working hours.
- Refunds will be processed:
- Within 14 working days from the receipt of returned goods, if shipped.
- Within 14 working days from the date of cancellation, if not shipped.
- No refunds will be issued if customer provides incorrect/incomplete shipping address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refuses the package.
- Products not eligible for return/replacement include: items returned without original packaging and accessories, including retail box and all components.
- All costs of return shipping must be borne by the purchaser, unless the item received is found defective.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Partial cancellation is not available; please cancel the entire order and re-purchase as needed for convenience.
- If the product has not shipped, full refund is subject to deduction of any applicable charges.
- If cancellation occurs after shipment but before receipt, deduction of two-way shipping costs applies.
- All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge—2.5% of total order value.
- MgEdinso reserves the right to cancel any order post confirmation due to inventory shortfall, quality issues, or other business reasons. You will be notified via phone, email, or SMS if your order is partially fulfilled or cancelled.
- Vendor-specific policies apply for cancellations after shipment, and vendor return fees usually apply.
