As per regulations framed under the Indian Medical Act-1956 as amended in 2018 and the Dentist Act-1948 as amended in 2018, admissions in 100% seats of MBBS/BDS will be done through NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG) 2018 in Medical/Dental Colleges run with the approval of Medical Council of India /Dental Council of India under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India except for the Institutions established through an Act of Parliament i.e. AIIMS and JIPMER Punducherry.
No documents are required to be uploaded during the Online Registration/Application process, but you have to UPLOAD images of your Photograph, left thumb impression and signature at the time of registration.
The Application can ONLY be submitted Online.
  • • Before you proceed with the application process, please ensure that you have a valid Email ID and mobile number.

  • • On the home page, click on ‘Academic Courses’ to select your desired course i.e. AIIMS-DM/M.Ch & MD (Hospital Administration).
  • • Click on ‘Prospectus’ to download it, and read the instructions & guidelines carefully before Registration.
  • • Click on Registration/Login link displayed on the left side of the page and then on “Click Here”button in New Registration Section. Please read the instructions carefully and Click on “Proceed”Button.

Online Registration is a 7 STEP process
STEP-1 Registration
  • • Please register yourself by filling up the requisite information CAREFULLY. The responsibility of furnishing accurate information rests with the individual candidate, as all subsequent communication will be through your registered Email Id & Mobile Number.
  • • Furnish your name and other details as they appear in your Class-X / School Leaving certificate. Any discrepancy detected at any stage of the verification process is liable to result in the cancellation of your candidature for the examination /departmental assessment/ admission as the case may be.
  • • Click on Save & Proceed after filling up the information. The information, as entered by you, will appear on the screen. Please check it thoroughly, and in case any error is detected, click on the Edit button and make the necessary corrections.
  • • A Candidate ID allotted to you will appear on screen. Please NOTE it down for future reference. The Candidate ID & Password will also be sent to your registered Email Id & Mobile Number.
  • • Upon receiving the candidate ID & Password login with the provided Candidate ID & Password and change the Password on the first time Login.

STEP-2 Qualification Details
  • • Furnish the required information regarding Qualifications details in the Online Registration Form.
  • • Available cities for examination can be PREVIEWED (not selected) prior to payment of Fee.

  • • Payment of the Registration Fee can ONLY be done online using a Debit/Credit Card or through Net Banking facility.

STEP-5 Centre Choice
  • • Candidates can preview the availability of the city of their choice for the examination from the list provided. Real time status of seats available will be displayed city wise. However, the choice will be locked only after payment is made. City once selected cannot be changed later.
  • • In case few seats are available in a particular city and there is a lag period between preview and completion of payment, the seats may be booked in this period by another candidate who has completed the payment process. In such cases another city can be opted from the dropdown box.

STEP-6 Upload Images
  • • Candidates must take extreme care in uploading their Photographs and images. Once uploaded, they cannot be changed, unless found inappropriate and rejected by the AIIMS authorities.
  • • Upload the images of your Photograph, Signature & Thumb Impression strictly as per instructions given in the Prospectus (images should be in one of the following formats jpg, png or gif). Your application is liable to be rejected if the uploaded images are not according to Instructions/Requirements.
  • • In case, the images of Photograph, Signature and Thumb Impression to be uploaded are not available with you, Save & Exit and logout. You may login to complete the process later on, once the requisite items are with you, to complete the registration process.

STEP-7 Print Registration Form
  • • The candidates are required to take a print-out of the duly completed registration form for future reference once they see that all the steps are ‘COMPLETE’ in Due Steps and the Navigations buttons appear Yellow in colour.

JIPMER offers admission to its 200 MBBS course seats through an online entrance test called JIPMER MBBS 2018. The registrations for the MBBS course will open in the month of March 2018.
The duration of the JIPMER MBBS course is 4 years and 6 months, followed by 1 year of Compulsory Rotatory Internship.
The Candidate should be an Indian national. The applicants should have completed 17 years of their age as on or before the 31st December of examination year. The applicants should have qualified the 10+2/Senior Secondary or its correspondent examination from a recognized board or university with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as major subjects.
The questions for JIPMER MBBS Entrance Examination 2018 will be based on the syllabus as prescribed by State Board Hr. Sec. and CBSE for XI & XII Standards. The Entrance Examination will be of multiple choice type questions. The pattern of JIPMER MBBS Entrance Examination is Physics: 60Q, Chemistry: 60Q, Biology: 60Q, Logic and Quantitative Reasoning: 10Q & English and Comprehension: 10Q.
Each answer with correct response shall be awarded ONE mark. ZERO mark will be given for the question NOT answered. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
JIPMER MBBS 2018 Entrance Examination will be conducted through CBT (Computer Based Test) i.e. online exam only.

The application form of JEE Main 2018 was available in online mode from December 1, 2017 till January 1, 2018.
JEE Main 2018 examination will be held in offline and online mode. The offline exam will be conducted on April 8, 2018 while the online mode will be held on April 15 and 16, 2018.
Yes. Aadhaar Card number is mandatory for all candidates. Without submitting the Aadhaar Card number, the candidates will not be able to move forward in the application process.

The result of JEE Main 2018 Paper I will be announced in online mode by the CBSE officials on April 30, 2018 and for Paper II on May 31, 2018.
Select the year of passing class 12th as 2016/2017 and enter the roll number, name of the board and other details of 2016/2017 in the application form. Select ‘yes’ in the column – appearing for improvement examination. The roll number of improvement examination 2018 may be filled in the month of March at the time of downloading admit cards of JEE (Main).
If a candidate has passed Class 12th/ Equivalent qualifying examination from one state but appeared for improvement from another state, his/her state code of eligibility will be from where he/she has originally passed Class 12th/ Equivalent qualifying examination and not the state from where he/she has appeared for improvement. Indian nationals passing the equivalent qualifying examination from an institution abroad, the State of Eligibility will be determined on the basis of permanent address in India as given in the Passport of the candidate. Candidate passed/appearing class 12th from NIOS should select the State of Eligibility according to the state in which the study Centre is located. The State of Eligibility is not applicable for the candidates belonging to Nepal /Bhutan/Foreign/OCI/PIO.
CBSE provided the application correction facility to the registered candidates from January 9-22, 2018. The correction could done in particulars such as exam centres, mode of exam and more.
